Hamas Health Ministry announces 88 deaths in 24 hours

The Hamas government’s Health Ministry announced Sunday that 88 Palestinians had been killed in the past 24 hours in the Gaza Strip, bringing the death toll in the Palestinian territory since the start of the war to 45,805.
In a statement, the ministry said that 109,064 people had also been injured in the Gaza Strip since the start of the war, which began with an unprecedented Hamas attack on Israeli soil on October 7, 2023. In response, Israel launched a devastating military campaign in the besieged Palestinian territory.
