In the public – drawn well beyond the Jura region – connoisseurs sing and follow. But the rapper struggles to get the desired respondent. “If you’re cold and tired, I’ll sing for 30 minutes and leave,” he jokes (or not). In the end, the rapper will still perform for almost an hour on stage.

“It’s normal that the atmosphere couldn’t be the same as in a concert where there are 5,000 people paying to come see it on purpose. Here, among the crowd, there was still a good part of the people who came out of curiosity and who didn’t necessarily know his songs”, explains Nicolas Terreaux.

A detail however, since everyone seemed to appreciate this special moment in Moutier (let’s remember here that La Fouine sold out in just a few days all the tickets for his concert planned at the legendary Salle de Bercy in Paris in April 2025).

Four privileged regions

And the moment was even more special for four regional musicians, who had the chance to share a few pieces with La Fouine. “It was a request from him. A few days before his visit, he asked us to find local musicians to play with him,” says Nicolas Terreaux.

Nil Flückiger (from Courchapoix, on bass), Louise Holzer (Moutier, on keyboards), Benjamin Ganguin (Moutier, on drums) and Nick Nussbaum (from Bern, on guitar) thus experienced a timeless moment. “It was incredible to have the opportunity to accompany an artist with whom we grew up. It brought back childhood memories, it was a nostalgic, special atmosphere,” confides Nil Flückiger.

The four musicians only had a few days to prepare. “We listened to the pieces, then before the concert we were able to meet La Fouine in the dressing room. He made us feel at ease, told us that we just had to follow the signs he would give. We were super stressed but in the end it was super cool. We didn’t expect to see so many people. It was a golden opportunity!”, concludes the musician.
