Kowloon Generic Romance premieres in April
This Wednesday it was revealed that the anime Kowloon Generic Romance will be released in Japan in the month of April 2025. This announcement is accompanied by a new trailer and a new promotional image. The trailer reveals that Arvo Animation (We Never Learn) is in charge of animated production.

It was previously announced that Haruka Shiraishi will play the role of Reiko Kujiraiwhile Tomokazu Sugita will give voice to Hajime Kudō.
A live-action version of the work will also be released next year. In this film the actress Riho Yoshioka plays the character of Reiko Kujirai, y Kōshi Mizukami will do the same with the character of Hajime Kudō.
Kowloon Generic Romance It is a manga written and drawn by Jun Mayuzuki which is published in the pages of the magazine Weekly Young Jump from the publisher Shueisha since November 2019. This work remains open as of the date of this news with ten volumes compilations in the Japanese market.
