after the X-Men, this major cameo has just leaked

The cameo fair continues in Deadpool & Wolverine. After Elektra or several X-Men, it’s the turn of another iconic superhero from Marvel to leak.

Deadpool & Wolverine, the door open to fan service

To say the least Deadpool & Wolverine is expected like the messiah on the Marvel side. The film must put an entire rickety MCU back on track after successive failures in the cinema, and more generally a flow of productions that has tired fans. And what better than the return of Wade Wilson and his actor Ryan Reynolds, in the company of his great friend Hugh Jackman in the role of Wolverine to restore Marvel’s well-scratched reputation?

Expected July 24th at the cinemace Deadpool 3 benefits from unprecedented media reach. We recall that the Tribunal of Anachronistic Variations (TVA) introduced in the series Loki comes to visit Wade Wilson and asks him to don the Deadpool costume to save Wolverine and team up with him against a very powerful enemy. With the notion of the multiverse introduced in the film, we obviously expect fan service excessively, by the implementation of numerous cameos.

After the X-Men, this brand new major cameo

The opportunity was therefore too good to deploy a whole bunch of X-Men, like Professor Xavier, Pyro, Toad, or Sabretooth. Elektra from the Daredevil universe has also been confirmed. However, it is difficult to see clearly between the hazardous rumors emitted by fans and more serious information which comes from behind the scenes of the film. In this little game, Daniel Richtman is a sure bet. Known for his scoops on plots and trailer release dates, the very knowledgeable insider has made a name for himself since some of his rumors turned out to be true (he, for example, disclosed the plot of Wakanda Forever several months before the film’s release).

Today, “Daniel RPK” claims that Blade will make an appearance in Deadpool & Wolverine. Better, illustrates it Wesley Snipes will restore the vampire hunter’s cape. Richtman even claims that his appearance will go beyond the cameo stage, for a more important role.

Obviously, it is necessary to take a grain of salt with what he says, but this is not the first time we have heard his name. This idea would coincide with the character’s difficult return to the MCU. We know that the film (starring Mahershala Ali) is again at a standstill after the loss of its second director, Yann Demange. To which Wesley Snipes reacted with a touch of sarcasm. “Blade, lord, they are still looking for the secret recipe. They drive snowplows in traffic jams, it’s complicated. It seemed simple for daywalkers, didn’t it?

So, would a potential Blade cameo help teaser his solo film, still scheduled for November 7, 2025, and for which Marvel is still ensuring good progress on site? Or on the contrary to anticipate a possible cancellation of the film?
