The man in the hat will make a film about the New Republic
Announced last year at Star Wars Celebration Londonthe future film directed by Dave Filoni give his news! For information, the latter will be centered on the New Republic and the characters seen in the period linked to The Mandalorian.
Interviewed during the Happy, Sad, Confused podcast, the director affirmed that the project was at a normal stage of development and told us a little more:
I would say that I already have an introductory scene that I really like. I’m really excited about this film project. I’m excited about the potential of realizing it. But right now I’m really focused on Season 2 of Ahsoka and what’s happening in the galaxy at that time. But I’m excited and it’s funny because every once in a while I get something from people on the web saying what my movie would be about and I’m like, “Oh that’s interesting! I should read and see it.” ‘There are some good ideas in there.’ But I never do that, I prefer to stay away from that.
And what do you expect from this still very mysterious film?
