When a patient learns that he suffers from cancer, it is often the shock. “Why me? How to find my way? ” This is the title of the conference to be held on Tuesday February 4 at 6 p.m. at the University Medical Center (CMU).
“This event, organized as part of World Cancer Day, will give the floor to patients in order to illustrate that, beyond the figures, there are life stories for each individual and each family,” explains the Professor Pierre-Yves Dietrich, president of the Geneva league against cancer.
-This event will also recall “the richness of the Geneva associative network, often under used, offering individual support for patients, caregivers and families,” concludes the oncologist.
