Ducati boss Claudio Domenicali was at the presentation of the official 2025 version of the team. He then answered questions from Italian TV Sky, returning in particular to the duo formed by Francesco Bagnaia and Marc Marquez:
Marc Marquez rather than Jorge Martin: “It was not an easy choice because Martin was a Ducati rider and a very good, fast rider. We believe this team has the greatest potential to grow the business, the amount of talent feeds itself. We believe Marc can make Pecco grow, and vice versa. Together, these two elements can help engineers progress. So we think it will be even more difficult for others to beat the Ducati Lenovo team. »
The 2025 presentation sets the tone: “I enjoyed the presentation even while sitting down. There was one sentence that particularly caught my attention, I think it was Michele Pirro who said it: there was an incredible concentration of talent on stage. I think that's the key, the talent of the pilots, but also that of the engineers and technicians who have been able to build a method over time. This is why it makes us particularly proud of what we have done, and optimistic for the future. »

When you start with a team like this, with Pecco who fought to win the last four titles and won two, and Marc who is an eight-time world champion, you can't hide. We aim for the best results. The races are always difficult and it also depends on what others will do. It will be necessary to have a fair competition between the two drivers because both have the same objective but only one will achieve it: to bring the title home. This is what we focus on the most. »
