“You have to get your loved ones to vote, get those around you to vote! » Passers-by at Place Victor-Hugo, in downtown Grenoble, may not have all recognized the woman who handed them a leaflet from the New Popular Front (NFP), Thursday January 16. A few hours before the second round of the partial legislative election for the first constituency of Isère, which is being held on Sunday January 19, Lucie Castets, former NFP candidate in Matignon and link in the fragile left-wing alliance, came in Grenoble to support the NFP candidate, Lyes Louffok. The latter, who came first in the first round with 28.33% of the votes, will face, on Sunday, the candidate from the presidential camp and former deputy of Olivier Véran, Camille Galliard-Minier, who trails him by less than two points and by more than 500 votes.
