A police operation, carried out by officers from the Paris police headquarters as well as the Île-de- prefecture, took place in the Stalingrad sector this Wednesday, January 15, the institutions announced in a communicated this Thursday.

294 people were thus “sheltered” while they were sleeping on the street at the urban promenade, on Boulevard de la Villette between the 10th and 19th arrondissements of Paris.

120,000 people housed by the State in Île-de-France

Among them, 75 were sent to temporary reception structures outside Île-de-France and 219 to structures in the Ile-de-France region.
