Three individuals were arrested at the start of the week in Bouches-du-Rhône. Two must be tried this Wednesday in immediate appearance at the Gap court.
Since last September, investigators attached to the Briançon gendarmerie company have been working on this sensitive case. A case which is about to find a conclusion.
No less than three men, suspected of a violent stabbing attack in Guillestre (Hautes-Alpes), were arrested this Monday, January 6, in Bouches-du-Rhône, BFM DICI has learned.
“A local network in Guillestre”
Two adults, aged 20 and 19, were placed in police custody, in addition to a minor, also from Bouches-du-Rhône and dependent on the Aix-en-Provence public prosecutor's office. “The three individuals are accused of acts of violent theft and criminal conspiracy dating back to mid-September 2024,” recalls Gap prosecutor Marion Lozac’hmeur for BFM DICI.
A very violent altercation that day since a resident of Guillestre had received several stab wounds. All against a backdrop of drug trafficking. “We are clearly dealing with a local network in Guillestre,” says a source who has been following the investigations for several weeks.
According to our information, the minor was brought before the children's judge in Aix-en-Provence today. “The two adults, one of whom admits to having carried out the stabbings, will be brought before the Gap public prosecutor's office tomorrow with a view to an immediate appearance,” concludes the Gap prosecutor who salutes in passing the precise and rigorous work of the Guillestre gendarmes and the Briançon research brigade.
