This Tuesday, January 7, 2025, around 8 a.m. a serious traffic accident took place near Rouen (Seine-Maritime) on the A150. Numerous emergency services were deployed on site. The latest report shows five victims including a firefighter.

It was on the Rouen-Barentin axis of the A150 near Motteville that the accident took place around 8:15 a.m. Every day, this highway is very busy.
Two light vehicles are involved. On site, 20 engines and 42 firefighters had to intervene to rescue the victims. There were 5 injured, two of whom were serious.
Among the victims, a 57-year-old firefighter. Three of them had to be extricated. They were transported to Rouen University Hospital. The two seriously injured are men: one 29 years old transported by the Vicking 76 helicopter to Charles Nicolle hospital. The second is aged 30 and was transported by ambulance to the university hospital.
In addition to the firefighter, two people were diagnosed with relative emergency: one 22 year old man and a 26-year-old woman.
The SAPN has decided to close the highway in the Barentin-Yvetot direction and to divert it.
The return to normal is announced for 11:00 a.m.
