Room Manager / Room Manager – CDI Atica is an immersive restaurant and wine bar; a space in the heart of Paris celebrating cultures through gastronomy and art. Objective • Create the best team culture to promote the lasting development of your colleagues • Guarantee an exceptional and memorable customer experience Responsibilities • Team: inspire, recruit, coach, motivate, train and make the team succeed in order to achieve the vision Atica • Opening: Plan and lead the opening of Atica by collaborating with various artists to create the first Atica experience, while contributing to the development of a service protocol • Creativity: manage the experiential magic aspect, constantly innovating, being interested in world cultures • Coordination: Manage the workflow in the room and collaborate with the kitchen to guarantee an exceptional customer experience • Hygiene: organize the room and the team in such a way as to guarantee rigorous compliance with hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards • Client: prioritize customer orientation and offer exceptional service that respects the timing of the experience The profile we are looking for: • Minimum 4 years experience as a director ) room or maître d'hôtel in Michelin-starred gourmet restaurants or 5-star hotels • Proven skills in communication and management of interpersonal relationships • Languages spoken: French and English (fluent level and above) • Entrepreneurial spirit: take initiatives to solve problems, continually improve, be attentive to weak signals and adapt to situations • Leadership: Experience in managing a team of at least 7 people • Excellent execution ability: serve a gourmet meal synchronized with experience immersive audiovisual • Creativity: offering unparalleled hospitality while innovating in the service Offer What we offer • Position based in Paris, in the 5th arrondissement • Permanent contract 44 hours/week • Continuous days without interruptions • 2 consecutive days of rest (Sundays and Mondays) • 50% travel ticket reimbursement • Daily meal at the restaurant • Alan mutual health and welfare insurance • A superb corporate culture Atica is an equal opportunity employer chances.
