Thursday January 16 2025, a new coffee job is organized in more than 300 O2 agencies, including seven in Ille-et-Vilaine.
The appointment is given 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“With 3,500 positions to be filled throughout France, O2 wishes to recruit household experts, child care et care assistants by offering an accelerated recruitment process,” announces the network of agencies of the Oui Care group, French leader in personal services.
Job: O2 is recruiting in Ille-et-Vilaine
Each participant will be able to go to one of the seven agencies in Ille-et-Vilaine, including that of Glazed. The company explains the benefit of this “job café” recruitment format:
“The job café shakes up traditional recruitment codes. The principle is simple, it allows candidates to discover the professional opportunities offered, in a warm environment, without the apprehension of traditional interviews and the usual processes. »
A recruitment process that the group considers “faster and more efficient”, with or without CV and cover letter.
“Candidates will be able to interact with employees present, discuss their desires and skills and discover the different professional opportunities offered within the brand's agencies. »
Access to CDI and CDD contracts is mentioned by the group, which puts forward other arguments for recruiting: “Geographic proximity, flexible hours, training upon hiring, a prospect of development as well as professional equipment such as smartphones and company vehicles. »
