As part of phase 2 of the subdivision of Kerhuellan in Cavan (Côtes-d’Armor) thirty-seven new lots to be built will be marketed from February 2025. A lot is reserved for Terres d'Armor Habitat to build twelve social housing units.
Pedestrian access
The work has already started since October, but Sem Lannion Trégor, operator of the project, only made the site official recently.
In direct proximity to the town and its services, the urbanizable area wishes to maintain “a strong landscape and environmental approach”. This new sector will be connected to the first section of the subdivision by a pedestrian access which will allow, among other things, connect the school safely.
The fully serviced lots offered have surfaces ranging from 353 m² to 710 m². The sale price is set at €87.50 per m2.
The operation of this phase 2 announces a total cost of €1,402,120 including tax.
