Our fun and participatory improvisation method is a real playground for the mind! Through games and exercises that stimulate all your senses, you will discover both verbal and non-verbal improvisation. In our exercises and games from actor training, surpassing oneself rhymes with laughter and kindness.
Beyond the workshops, there is the discovery of the surroundings, friendly meals, inspiring exchanges which prolong the magic of the day. You will be coached by Isabelle Rotolo, actress, author, life coach and art therapist. An expert in running courses since 2004. With a firm hand, gloved in velvet, she has the art and way of involving you in games and improv exercises with kindness, listening and humor. Like a playground for adults, it makes you forget your apprehension, your fear of judgment and the gaze of others in a progression that respects your own pace. In a context of trust and encouragement, you will be surprised by the beneficial virtues of improvisation in the moment, but also after the course in your daily life.
