Signed between Morocco and Azerbaijan on the agenda of the Governing Council

At the start of its work, the Council will examine a bill relating to the creation and organization of the Foundation of social works of civil servants of the prison administration and reintegration, underlines the press release.

Subsequently, the Council will examine two draft decrees, the first of which concerns the aggregation competitions for education and training, while the second modifies the decree relating to the conservation of maritime mortgages.

The Council will continue its work by examining a framework cooperation agreement in the logistics field between the government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed in Rabat on November 13, 2023, in addition to a draft law approving the said framework agreement, followed by a cooperation agreement between the two governments in the field of energy, also signed on November 13 in Rabat, the press release added.

The Governing Council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to higher functions, in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution, the press release concludes.
