who are the 4 candidates from Gard?

It's already there 12^e saison of the culinary show “The best bakery in France”, broadcast each year on M6. And for this new edition, Occitanie will get the ball rolling! Several establishments will be in the spotlight starting this Monday, January 6, 2024.

4 Gard artisans

For the first week of competition, the producers decided to highlight the Gardwith four artisan bakers premises on the screen.

The Gard artisans are as follows:

• “He was a focaccia”, E Street. Never Aigues-Mortes,
• “Au Paradis des Gourmands”, 1 rue des Alizés in Boys,
• “Masa Mama”, 12 rue Vincent Faïta in Nimes,
• “La Boulangerie d’Adell”, 168 avenue du Général de Gaulle, in Saint-Hilaire-de-Brethmas.

Among the four establishments selected, production explains that the store located in the Richelieu district in Nîmes is the “youngest”. “ Mama's time » in fact opened its doors ago 6 ansbarely.

A trio of 4-star jurors

Four distinct tests will be used to decide between them: the boutiquethe pain signature the jury challengeand the fetish product .

As in previous editions, the jury will be composed of three sizesof French gastronomy. This is the starred chef Michel Sarran from the talented pastry chef Noémie Honiatand ofBruno Cormeraisbaker, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

The much-loved Norbert Tarayre will also make a few appearances.
