This address specializes in premium Black Angus meat available in 3 formulas: Black Red (rump steak), Black Lover (rib steak) and Black Prime (beef fillet), accompanied by a salad, crispy fries and mash creamy… and the chef's sauce!

Here we serve you three very beefy formulas from 29€all composed with a welcome salad, Irish Black Angus meat with its unique sauce and the combo of fries and mashed potatoes to accompany it.
Beautiful meat in a chic setting
Here the old-fashioned bistro setting has given way to a warm and slightly chic atmosphere to enjoy your piece of beef for all occasions: a lunch break with colleagues, a business meal, an outing with friends and even a date is possible because the place is so elegant.
The room offers 2 atmospheres with a first space with a bar in warm colors and beautiful round tables, and the “red” space with its metal scale walls and comfortable benches.
And if you want to take advantage of the outside light, the two covered verandas will be the good option with a view of the Place de la République.
To start, a fresh salad lightly seasoned is offered to you, in a beautiful copper-plated stainless steel bowl.

The formula Black Red (29€) is the gourmet and affordable option to discover the tenderness of the heart of Black Angus rump steak.
The Black Lover (35€) is the perfect balance between generosity and refinement with the Black Angus rib-eye steak, juicy and tasty, grilled to perfection.
And for the gourmet and special occasions, the Black Premium (€42) which is the ultimate experience for lovers of exceptional meat with the Black Angus beef fillet, a noble piece renowned for its incomparable tenderness.
Traditional desserts
For dessert we don't hesitate with the classic of classics, the generous profiteroles with homemade hot chocolate made by a pastry chef with a strong cocoa flavor, a real treat for adults and children!
We also find on the menu the Rum babathe creme brulee and a whole choice of compositions ice cream.
Homemade pies
The indulgence doesn't stop there with a choice of homemade tarts available in pear, apple and lemon for a soft landing.
