At the end of the year, the pastry chefs at Fournil de Créon can congratulate themselves on having left their mark on people's minds (and taste buds)! Julien Bardinaud, talented pastry chef, won the prize of best frangipane pancake in Girondea prestigious competition organized by the Federation of artisan bakers and pastry bakers of the department. A well-deserved coronation which highlights all the know-how of this bakery-pastry shop already well known to fans.
The competition was tough. 48 participantsall from Gironde, were in the running to win this title. But it was Julien's pancake that won over the jury, thanks to its perfect balance between crispy puff pastry and deliciously creamy frangipane. Is your mouth watering? We understand you!

In 2022, Kevin Boudardtourier baker of Saveurs et Croquants in Gradignan, won the prestigious price for the best Parisian pancake in Gironde. A well-deserved consecration for its pancake crispy puff pastry with melting frangipanewhich won over the jury.
