On December 23, 2024, the social partners signed an agreement aimed at defining the working conditions as well as the rights and obligations of employers and employees in the urban and interurban passenger road transport sector on Reunion Island. Indeed, the National Collective Agreement for Road Transport and Auxiliary Transport Activities (IDCC0016) is not applicable in the Overseas Territories, the FT2R has carried this ambition to the realization of a common conventional base.
This agreement applies to companies in the sector of urban and suburban passenger transport (NAF 493lZ), regular road passenger transport (NAF 4939A) and other road passenger transport (NAF 4939B). It demonstrates the firm desire of the signatory parties to participate in the development of employment and the modernization of the conditions of exercise of the profession.
