Do you want to ask the mayor of Laval a question? “Ouest-France” gives you the floor! .

Inform, enlighten, connect citizens together. It is our mission to West . Last year, we offered a new format to our readers to start the year: ask a question to the mayor of (Mayenne), Florian Bercault.

Six readers were welcomed to our premises, avenue Robert-Buron, to experience this back-to-school interview and question the elected official themselves. A rich, appreciated exchange, which we are renewing this year. “I had never spoken to him” had confided Olivier, 65 years old, concerned about the valorization of the excavations carried out at Place du 11-Novembre, as part of the rehabilitation project.

To your questions

This is an opportunity to question the mayor on the issues of daily life, the place of cycling in the city, parking, urban cleanliness, works, security, greening… Or any other concern and subject of your choice.

Would you like to participate? You must live in Laval, your question must concern the city and it must not be personal.

To share your question, we invite you to fill out the form below:

If you wish to meet the mayor and ask him your question directly, you must indicate this in the form.

Please note, places will be limited. We would like to compose an assembly of six people, as representative as possible of the city and its inhabitants. We invite you to express your interest by January 2, 2025. The interview takes place at the editorial office, near the station, on January 9, from 6 p.m. We plan to talk for an hour and a half.

Last year, around thirty people responded, expressing an opinion or asking a question. A dozen had expressed interest in participating in the meeting and asking the elected official their question directly.
