Riots even broke out with groups of dozens of young individuals attacking businesses and street furniture.
This Monday, Grégory Doucet went to meet the targeted traders. “The damage they suffered is intolerable”comments the environmentalist mayor of Lyon, who thanks the municipal and national police for their action.
“These actions must stop. Everything must be done to ensure that the perpetrators of these misdeeds are punished”concludes the councilor.
As a reminder, three afternoons were particularly eventful. In addition to this Monday at La Guillotière with the arrest of 18 people, Thursday was the scene of a cat and mouse game between teenagers who came to see the influencer Hachemi and the CRS.
