For the occasion, the members of the party committee have planned everything you need: a disco ball, a DJ, confetti or even light shows will raise the atmosphere and the temperature! “We try to make it accessible for everyone.” A caterer will be on site. Bottles of wine and champagne will also be on site. “In 6 days, it was complete.” There is 80% Rochefortais. People are mobilizing,” welcomes Antoine Matarise, proof of the population's enthusiasm for 2025.

800 euros of damage

However, everything could have collapsed in the snap of a finger. On the night of December 27 to 28, theft and damage were noted in the gymnasium: broken confetti cannons, a speaker worth 500 euros, a tool case, including a screwdriver, a box of champagne , as well as two boxes of luminous bracelets, were stolen. Amount of damage: 800 euros. After filing a complaint, an investigation is underway and entrusted to the Gard gendarmerie. The latter carried out “DNA seizures”, indicates the president of the festival committee, thanks to “butts found on site.”

New Year’s Eve celebration maintained

The organizer wishes to reassure participants: “The cleaning has been done and we are going to buy some confetti.” To guarantee everyone's protection, a security agent will be present at the entrance from 8 p.m. Please note: the evening is already full.
