Châteauroux: 7.5 million euros of work to bring the “building” into a new era

The imposing “building” in the town center of Châteauroux, a legacy from the 1950s, will benefit from major thermal renovation work.

Major thermal renovation work will be undertaken in 2025 in the emblematic “building” on Place Gambetta, in Châteauroux. The desire is to make it a low-consumption building, moving from energy label D to label B+.
