From industrial bodywork to the manufacturer of recovery equipment (tow trucks and equipment carriers), the Fiault company has around 70 employees, between those who work on the Lassay-les-Châteaux site and those on the Mayenne site created on route de in 2018, instead of the Mercedes dealership.

With temporary workers, we work with 100 people on average per year, specify Martine and Patrick Fiault, general directors, who have worked in the company for forty-three and forty-eight years. A company celebrating its 70th anniversary

Seven of them were honored on Monday December 23, 2024 afternoon. Alain Daligault, Michael Lurel and Serge Foucher received the vermeil du travail medal (30 years of service), Pascal Sonnet and Michel Foucher received the gold medal (35 years of service), and André Balavoine received the medal grand gold (40 years of service). Finally, Jean-Louis Gouadon is retiring next January.

The Fiault company, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary, plans to expand the Mayenne factory and is recruiting welders, electricians, hydraulic engineers, painters, etc.
