The road work for the development of rue Niki de Saint Phalle, begun in June, has been completed. This is what made an inauguration possible. They required an investment of €350,000. This project demonstrates our strong commitment to soft mobility and the quality of life of our fellow citizens. The flagship achievement of this project is the soft reinforced sandblast connection 3 meters wide, secured by a separating edge. It offers a direct connection to Avenue des Sports. It also provides access to rue du Pré Grasseur, where development work will begin shortly to reach the leisure area in complete safety. These developments make it possible to gradually build the discovery path starting from the Château de Ranrouët to Pré Grasseur.

Biodiversity preserved
We redesigned the football field parking lot by integrating draining paving stones to encourage rainwater infiltration. And we have paid particular attention to the revegetation of urban space, with honey-producing trees, attracting biodiversity with the capacity to combat climate change with their shading and the absorption of carbon dioxide.
