This Thursday, December 5, 2024, a national strike movement of civil servants promises to be very popular, particularly in nursery and primary schools in Poitou. 65% of primary school teachers plan to participate in the strike according to FSU-Snuipp. Here is an update on the closures and adaptations in Vienne and Deux-Sèvres.

- France Souché: No after-school activities, no canteen, no ADE, reception from 8:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. then from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Léo Lagrange: No after-school activities, reception from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., cold meal.
Elementary schools:
- Antoigné: No extracurriculars, no ADE, reception from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., cold meal.
- Jules Ferry: No after-school activities, no canteen, no ADE, reception from 8:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. then from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Édouard Herriot: No extracurriculars, reception from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., cold meal.
- Jean Zay: No extracurriculars, no ADE, reception from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., cold meal.
- Targé: No after-school activities in the evening, no ADE, reception from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., cold meal.
Neuville-de-Poitou
Bellefois :
All the teachers at the Belleviens school are following the aforementioned strike movement. Also, in accordance with the law of August 20, 2008 establishing a right of reception at school, a minimum reception service is provided in the premises of the Belleviens daycare.
Children whose care cannot be provided by parents will be welcomed free of charge at usual times, within the limits of our reception capacities, taking into account the strike movement followed by municipal agents.
The Bellepeuts daycare will operate normally before and after school hours in after-school care (7:15 a.m. and 6:45 p.m.). This service will be billed, as usual, to user families.
Small Pebbles:
All the teachers at the Petits Cailloux school are following the aforementioned strike movement. Also, in accordance with the law of August 20, 2008 establishing a right of reception at school, a minimum reception service is provided in the premises of the Souris Verte daycare center (nursery side).
Children whose care cannot be provided by parents will be welcomed free of charge at the usual times, in front of the nursery school, on the veranda for the students present, within the limits of our reception capacities, taking into account the strike movement followed by municipal agents.
Jules Ferry :
Families are invited to provide a cold meal for their child given the number of striking municipal agents, we are not able to provide a canteen service.
In Deux-Sèvres

Victor-Hugo: No change to school times, but children can be picked up during the lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 2:05 p.m.
