Services de Châteaubriant welcomed its 10,000th user

Since its opening on January 20, 2023, France Services de Châteaubriant has just crossed the threshold of 10,000th user welcomed. After an already very positive first year of attendance in 2023, the year 2024 is proving to be just as beneficial, since more than 5,800 users have already been informed.

The constant increase in attendance demonstrates the importance of this structure for the inhabitants of the community of municipalities, who are increasingly turning to it for their administrative procedures: 91% of users of the structure come from intercommunality. Faced with the development of the dematerialization of administrative procedures, it is essential to continue to promote the services offered in order to provide effective and concrete support to the population.

The support in the daily procedures offered today covers requests in connection with the Family Allowance Fund, Health Insurance, taxes, France Travail, France Titles (ANTS), Carsat, Mutualité Sociale Agricole, the Post Office, Point Justice, ANAH, the Ministry of Ecological Transition, and recently URSSAF.

To respond to these requests, two reception agents, trained by national operators, welcome users from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The support is personalized and confidential. Users can come without an appointment, but it is advisable to schedule a visit for specific requests to guarantee optimal care.

In addition, the structure provides users with a digital space including two computers and a printer. This space, with open access and free of charge, allows you to carry out your procedures or research online in complete autonomy, with possible impressions for administrative procedures.

Finally, it is important to remember that a 2nd France Services is also located in Derval. It offers local support to residents and has a range of services from nearly 30 partners.
