Promising the development of the Polaxis business park in Neuillé-Pont-Pierre located 20 minutes north of Tours, Dentressangle Immobilier Logistique announces the acquisition of a logistics program of 135,000 m2 : 30,700 m2 already built and 104,000 m22 rights to build in the center of the park for two buildings to be built.
40 million investments
The program, called Ax West, amounts to 40 million euros of investments, doubled by a construction envelope. It joins other projects under development by Dentressangle Immobilier Logistique such as Parkwest, a 116,000 m2 program2 currently being marketed in Cergy-Pontoise, 30 minutes northwest of Paris. With Janzé-Amanlis near Rennes and Nor'Isère Park between Lyon and Grenoble, these are nearly 250,000 m2 of logistics buildings and business premises that Dentressangle Immobilier Logistique is developing today in France. They will be added to the portfolio of around thirty buildings (600,000 m2) already operated by the property company.
Its choice to set up in Neuillé-Pont-Pierre is based on the strategic location of the park, 2 hours 20 minutes from Paris which opens onto the entire Atlantic arc and connects Normandy to Spain, access direct (A28 Tours – Le Mans, RD 766 Angers – Blois) and fast (towards the A10 Paris – Bordeaux and the A85 Angers – Bourges); the proximity of Tours airport and the Saint-Pierre-des-Corps TGV station; a possible railway branch on the Tours – Le Mans route connected to the national freight hub of Saint-Pierre-des-Corps.
Polaxis still benefits from 35 ha of land reserve, of which the largest piece of land in one piece measures 8.5 ha.
