The visit to the Goya museum in Castre will remain a memorable date for residents of the Stella “Les Rives du Tarn” senior residence in Albi. Organized in collaboration with the Tourist Office, it was guided by a passionate expert who was able to captivate his audience by sharing his knowledge of Spanish art, the heart of the museum. Residents were able to admire works by illustrious artists such as Francisco de Goya, but also other major Spanish painters from the 17th and 18th century.
Ludovic Pène, director of Rives du Tarn, confides: “This cultural getaway was much more than a simple museum visit. It also offered a precious moment of conviviality between the residents and their companions. The day ended with a moment of sharing around a snack before heading back to Albi. These outings are essential for the well-being of our elders. They also allow residents to discover other corners of the department, as for. he has once again demonstrated its key role in the cultural influence of Castres.
