A few days ago, the mayor of Poissy Sandrine Berno Dos Santos inaugurated the real estate program “Villa Josephine”, in the presence of the project stakeholders, Faubourg Real Estatea subsidiary of the Idec Group, and the Groupe Fimincoelected officials and residents.

Located in the heights of Poissy, this residential space with Art-Deco architecture offers 235 housing unitsof 5 room studio and several houses in the heart of an attractive setting.

The project teams, several local elected officials, including the deputy and the former mayor of Poissy Karl Oliveinstitutional partners, buyers of the residence and participants came together to celebrate this real estate transaction which will contribute to the influence of the city of Poissy.

“This program has found a nice balance between private and social housing, for a harmonious mix in a green setting,” declared the mayor. Villa Joséphine is now part of the landscape, if not the very heritage of our dear City of Poissy.”, said Sandrine Berno Dos Santos.

An ambitious program

Initiated in 2018 under the municipal mandate of Karl Olive and started in the first quarter of 2022, the construction of this project is the result of several months of design, in close partnership with local elected officials, to meet two main objectives: ensuring a mix between home ownership and some social housing and propose cost-effective prices for the first-time buyers.

The 235 accommodations of the “Villa Joséphine” offer a attractive living environmentideally located and responding to the problem of housing under tension in the greater suburbs of the Paris region.

A refined Art Deco style residence, leaving room for biodiversity

The residence adopts a style inspired by the Art Deco movement, refined and with harmonious features. The accommodations have been designed with quality materials that give the whole its own identity. The landscaping treatment is just as well worked with two largely vegetated island hearts intended to be places of biodiversity and spaces of freshness.

A program promoting “good living”

Almost all of the housing in this real estate program has found a buyer, proof of the quality of this residential space. From studios to five-room apartments, alongside several individual houses, the program offers spaces that promote the “live well” : the large glass surfaces letting natural light into the accommodation, the privileged access to the landscaped areas and the quality interior features contribute greatly to this.
