The National School of Public Administration (ENAP) is once again enhancing its range of study programs by joining forces with Université Laval to offer the specialized graduate diploma (DESS) in governance and management of public markets in winter 2025.
This 2 year DESSe 30-credit cycle addresses the issues and best practices of operational management of Quebec public procurement contracts.
At the end of this program, you will be able to reconcile the quality-price-deadline ratio, compliance with the regulatory framework and government objectives in public procurement, all while integrating principles of sustainable development and social responsibility. To achieve this, you will develop your skills in strategy and analysis, project management, administrative law and contract law as well as management.
Is this program for you?
This program is for you if you hold a baccalaureate*, or a diploma deemed equivalent; and you are either:
- analysts, professional staff, public administration managers demonstrating interest in managing contract awarding;
- from the private sector or a non-profit organization and have to respond to public calls for tender.
