The grandfather plays a determining role several hundred kilometers away: “we had a network at home, so I contacted the school, then the town hall. »

A new solution on the tractor

The municipality responds quickly and the mayor, Alain Lange, tries to find suitable solutions. “I mobilized the technical services and the municipality’s tractor to pick up the children from school and bring them back to their homes,” explains the elected official.

This is unprecedented, but we had no other solutions.

It was Alexandre, a technical service agent who completed this mission of high responsibility: “he made several trips to transport other children. »

The children delighted with the situation

Antoine, 4 years old, and Samuel, 3 years old, seemed delighted with the situation. “ They were amazed . It’s certain that this episode brightened our day,” assures Élisa, the mother who lives near the place called Le Poirier.
