Shops at the foot of the building will make daily life easier for future users while opening the campus to the city. To create a destination location and allow all students to flourish in the best conditions, programmatic diversity and quality of use have been placed at the heart of the project with a range of services promoting their commitments in the associative and professional worlds. The project was designed with the architectural agency Clément Vergély architects with JP Charrière/P. Jacob for the interior spaces and MOZ Paysage for the exteriors. The design of the buildings is intended to be both favorable to the well-being of residents, with landscaped spaces, but also to the environmental transition with the use of low-carbon concrete. The project has the Biosourced level 1 label and is part of the “Sustainable Habitat” standard of the Greater Lyon Metropolis. Part of the operation will be labeled Biodivercity.
