The gourmet market is back on the Center Squarehas Guingamp (Côtes-d'Armor).

During installation it will open its doors Friday November 22, 2024at 6:45 p.m. At the same time, the City will trigger the Christmas lights.

The Beach Parc Aventure event company and its gastronomic market return to Guingamp with its delicacies and activities.

“This year it will occupy the entire place, with more chalets and a covered area in case of rain. There will also be a real Christmas tree, natural and decorated,” explains Houssine Aatach, deputy mayor of Guingamp, in charge of commerce.

Around the giant Christmas tree carousel, the market will offer raclette, tartiflette, waffles, pretzels, churros, Liège and Brussels waffles, hot chestnuts, Dutch crispies, etc.

The ice rink is moving

Terraces are provided for seating. Around twenty human-sized resin figurines (reindeer, penguins, Santa Claus, candy canes, etc.) will decorate the place.

Access is free. The market is open every day until January 5.

As a result, the ice rink, usually located at Place du Center, moves two hundred meters away, to Place de la République, near the Sitis work of art.

A gastronomic market and illuminations are enough to immerse the city center of Guingamp in the Christmas spirit.
