Paris Saint-Germain Handball is pleased to announce the extension of Luka Karabatic for an additional year. The captain of the Red and Blue will be Parisian until June 30, 2026.

Luka Karabatic joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2015 and will play for more than a decade at the Parisian club. The French international pivot has won, since his arrival, nine consecutive French championships, three League Cups, three French Cups and four Trophées des Champions.

With Les Bleus, of which he is also the captain, Luka Karabatic now has 154 caps (175 goals) and five international titles: Olympic champion in Tokyo (2021), world champion (2015, 2017) and European champion (2014, 2024). He also won a silver medal at the Rio Olympics (2016), a silver medal (2023) and a bronze medal (2019) in the world championship as well as a bronze medal at the European championship (2018).
