BFM Lyon is currently unavailable on TNT. Your local channel nevertheless remains available on boxes, on its website and its applications.
As part of the takeover of the Altice Media group by CMA-CGM, two regional channel authorizations had to be revoked: BFM Lyon and BFM Alsace.
Indeed, these two local DTT frequencies were respectively authorized by Arcom in 2021 and 2023, after a call for applications. However, according to the law (article 42-3 of the 1986 law), a DTT frequency cannot be transferred within five years following its authorization by Arcom.
The two DTT channels could therefore not be sold or acquired and the authorizations to broadcast on DTT had to be revoked by the regulator.

BFM Lyon remains available on SFR (38), Bouygues (315), Free (328) and Orange (341) boxes.

In addition, following these repeals, two new calls for applications will be published by Arcom in order to put the frequencies released on DTT back into play. BFM Lyon and BFM Alsace will be candidates for the renewal of the two frequencies, with the strong hope of regaining their place on local DTT.
