Great success for Steve Gouin during shows for the benefit of La Fondation Hôtel-Dieu de Sorel

The Hôtel-Dieu de Sorel Foundation would like to thank Mr. Steve Gouin, home palliative care nurse, palliative care clinical advisor, musician and philanthropist, for organizing the two shows that took place on May 3 and 31 at the Les Années Folles cabaret to benefit our Foundation. This great return of the Gouin family and their guests was greatly appreciated by all and we are very grateful and privileged to have been chosen as a cause for several years.
Steve Gouin was accompanied by his House Band for the evening: Geneviève Gouin (vocals), Renaud Gouin (keyboard and drums), Dominic Bérard (bassist), Stéphane Jetté (drums) and Daniel Bégin (guitar and vocals). There were also several special guests: Fabien Bonnefoy (singer, guitarist and doctor), Dom Gouin (author, composer and performer), Arvyn Bonnefoy (drums), Pierre David (harmonica), Jeannot Soulière (vocals), Justine and Ophélie (dance) as well as Jean-Pierre Gravel, (artist and host involved in the charitable field).
These were two great evenings where fun was on the agenda. An additional one had to be added on May 31, which demonstrates the interest of the population in this event.
This festive and emotional evening raised $7,500, which will be donated to the home palliative care service. Thanks to the Les Années Folles cabaret for their welcome in a modern setting. The Foundation also warmly thanks Mr. Gouin for his dedication and trust.
