Montauban. Discovering Rocamadour

To celebrate the end of the school year, we recently took the children from the school support program to Rocamadour; a real change of scenery. The day began with a visit to the monkey forest with a surprising walk among 150 Barbary macaques, also called Magots. An unforgettable moment for the children who had the opportunity to observe this amazing species in an exceptional setting. After the picnic break, we headed to the Rocher des Aigles… Well settled in the shade of the trees, the children had the chance to see a magnificent show of birds of prey and parrots before visiting the park. It was a great day for young and old. Thank you to the volunteers present for their support. We would like to take this opportunity to wish the children a wonderful holiday and see them in September for new adventures.

To celebrate the end of the school year, the Sapiac association recently took the children from the school support system to Rocamadour. This exotic day began with a visit to the Monkey Forest with a surprising walk among 150 Barbary macaques, also called magots. An unforgettable moment for the little ones of Tarn-et-Garonnais who had the opportunity to observe this astonishing species in an exceptional setting.

After the picnic break, we headed to the Rocher des Aigles. Settled comfortably in the shade of the trees, the children had the chance to see a magnificent show of birds of prey and parrots before visiting the park. It was a wonderful day for young and old alike. “Thank you to the volunteers present for their support. We would like to take this opportunity to wish the children a wonderful holiday and see them in September for new adventures,” commented the association’s management.
