Rabat – The House of Representatives and the Mohammedia Foundation for social works of magistrates and justice officials signed, Thursday in Rabat, a partnership agreement which aims to strengthen cooperation between the two homelands in various areas.
This agreement was signed by the Minister of Justice, President of the Foundation’s Orientation and Control Council, Abdellatif Ouahbi, and the President of the House of Representatives, Rachid Talbi El Alami, in the presence of the President of the Association of the social works of officials of the House of Representatives, Ahmed Attayebi, and the general director of the Mohammedia Foundation of the social works of magistrates and justice officials, Lissan Eddine Harran.
It aims to strengthen the means of cooperation between the two parties, within the framework of a fruitful partnership, allowing officials of the House of Representatives to benefit from the services provided by the Foundation, particularly in the social, cultural and scientific fields.
Under this agreement, the staff of the House of Representatives will benefit from social benefits from the Foundation under the same conditions applied to officials of Justice and the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR), including those offered by the Foundation’s clubs and summer centers, according to the means available and under the same conditions set for Foundation members.
The agreement also covers other services and benefits, such as the organization of conferences, symposia and study days of a cultural and scientific nature in areas of common interest, supervised by the executives of the two institutions, according to an annual program established by both parties.
This initiative also aims to strengthen the complementarity between the two institutions, with a view to creating a motivating working environment for officials of the House of Representatives, capable of promoting their professional and cultural development and contributing to improving the quality of their social life.
