The City of La Rochelle (Charente-Maritime) is organizing between June 27 and August 29, a fun and cultural festival called “La Rochelle under the stars”. This will be the fourth edition of this festival which takes place every week in a different district of the town. This Thursday, June 27, the start of this 2024 edition will be given.

It’s the Harmonic Wire which will offer a concert on the square in front of the Maison des scriptures, installed in the Fort-Louis house.

The festival will then meet in Rochelais on July 11 for a storytelling show for all audiences in front of the ruins of the church of Laleu.

On July 18, a outdoor cinema screening will take place at the Maison de l’Enfant et de la Nature.

For Thursday July 25, a guided night tour of the fishing port will be organized.

Four events planned for August

During the month of August, four events will take place as part of this festival. The first will take place on August 1st. It will be a heritage and guided tour of the Rossignolette cemetery.

A second meeting will take place on August 8 in the Tasdon Marshes to discover the celestial vault.

You will then have to wait until August 22 to see a new event. It will take place at the France Vatré room. It will be a introduction to astronomy followed by stargazing with special glasses.

Finally, this 2024 edition will end on August 29 with a yoga session within the House of Children and Nature.
