Le Pays solicited all the candidates for the 5th constituency of Roannais by asking each of them the same questions. Here, Florence Nayme (ecological banner).

Can your proposals be heard in this blitz? Our profession of faith answers the question and is in the news of the moment: we advocate eight emergency measures: lowering the price of electricity, giving purchasing power, stopping the precariousness of the youngest, fighting against animal abuse…

What are your priorities at the national and local level? Let’s remain simple and modest: our intention is to influence the terroir, because everything starts from our territories. The MP’s first mission is to defend the positions of voters and not to give in to Parisian sirens. As for the national plan, our desire is to maintain our sovereignty, particularly over energy and our diplomacy. There are always peaceful solutions, there is no point in scaring citizens by talking about the risk of war. We have our autonomy thanks to nuclear power, it must be preserved, it is our only guarantee of independence, because it is a solution of deterrence and not of aggression.

How do you plan to influence the political scene in the event of an election, knowing that the balance that is expected within the hemicycle is unprecedented? Whether it is the Republican Party or the Socialists, who have always explained to us that we needed a Republican arc to avoid the rise of extremes, we are seeing the result today. Both are in the creeks and we have a National Rally and a Macronie which are omnipresent in the media. We believe that the real republican arc is the citizens in a non-partisan and independent center to allow the game of democracy to prevail.
