Summer in Rennes: screenings on the Parliament of Brittany will soon be back

The monumental summer screenings in Rennes are here again soon. On its website, the Destination Rennes tourist office indicates that they will resume next Saturday July 6.

As usual, this is a production of Spectaculars – Allumeurs d’images, based in Saint-Thurial, near the Breton capital.

A nod to the Paris 2024 Olympics

On this year’s program, a nod to current events with the presence of the 2024 Olympic Games in France.

Thus, the imagined show is entitled “For the Love of Sport” will evoke the sporting exploits athletes and to the simplest and noblest expression of daily sport.

It will allow us to see a maximum diversity of sporting disciplines (notably inclusive) through 9 scenes evoking a princess living in a Sports Palace and 5 sporting events during which her suitor, chosen by her and with whom she is very in love, will have to compete victoriously to seal forever the sincerity of their mutual love.

This animation is free and open to all.

From July 6 to August 2, two screenings are offered at 11 p.m. and 11:15 p.m.. From August 3 to August 24, they will take place at 10:30 p.m. and 10:45 p.m.
