Cohabitation, rants and great weather: Hello Saint-Brieuc!

Weather: generous temperatures

And three! Another sunny day is forecast for this Wednesday in Saint-Brieuc. The few clouds expected in the morning will give way to a big blue sky this afternoon. As for temperatures, the mercury will climb a little more: 18° in the morning (feels like 22°), 25° in the afternoon (feels like 29°) and 22° in the evening (feels like 27°).

This June 26, daylight rose at 6:11 a.m. and night will fall at 10:17 p.m. At Legué, the sea will be high at 11:01 a.m. and 11:20 p.m. (coefficients 78 and 76), and low at 5 p.m. 35.

Otherwise, what are we doing today?

This June 26, “Balzac Wednesdays” offer free events in the neighborhood. On the program: from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., bouncy castle and giant board games, and from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., musical entertainment (DJ set, blind test, karaoke, etc.). All summer, these activities will take place at “La Croise Balzac”, an ephemeral urban camp set up on the wasteland of the old towers. This 250 m² open shelter, designed to accommodate community and festive gatherings, is equipped with benches, bleachers, inclined chairs and tables.

This angry shopkeeper slams the door to the city center

Just four months after opening Porte 12, her women’s ready-to-wear boutique, in Saint-Brieuc, Isabelle Ballouard, co-manager with her daughter, will be closing her doors for good this Saturday, June 29. Bitter, the shopkeeper does not mince her words towards the municipality, which she considers responsible for the drop in footfall in the city center. “We are closing to save our other boutiques!” she explains. At the Heurus residence, seniors, students and workers live together

Built on the site of the former Littoral clinic, near the Fred-Aubert stadium, the Heurus senior services residence is made up of 101 housing units. Open since May, it aims to “support the loss of autonomy among vulnerable people”, but also to welcome students and workers, with common spaces to create connections. It happened on June 26…

In 1997, “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”, the first volume in JK Rowling’s series, was published by Bloomsburry in England, then in 1999 by Gallimard in France. The novel, sold more than 120 million copies worldwide, was adapted for the cinema in 2001.

Before parting, we wish the Anthelmes a happy birthday!
