The Chadian president recalled the invaluable support of President Tshisekedi during the Chadian transition, particularly during his mandate at the head of the African Union.

“I appeal to Chadian youth because they are the guardians of this peace which they must preserve for the well-being of all”, for his part declared President Tshisekedi affirming that his decoration “reassures about the will of the will collective living” between Chadians.

“This experience was a valuable lesson for me in residency and patriotism. Together we have demonstrated that when Africans stand up to defend their ideals of peace, justice and development, no obstacle is insurmountable,” added the Congolese leader.
