The FDSEA and the Young Farmers of Moselle say no to free trade agreements with South America and denounce a “sieve Europe”. They refuse the importation of food whose production methods have been banned by European consumers. After poor harvests and diseases affecting animals, farmers are in great difficulty.
They promise to light the “fires of anger” at nightfall, throughout the territory, to sound the alarm about the deep agricultural crisis they are experiencing. 14 blockage points are planned in Moselle in particular at the access to the A4 motorway at Farébersviller and at the Woefling-lès-Sarreguemines roundabout. There will also be some in Mittelbronn and Sarrebourg.
In Bas-Rhin, the FDSEA and the JA will symbolically meet on the Pont de l'Europe from 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. this Monday. German farmers will also be present to denounce the sell-out of European agriculture.
