After Michel Boivin and Ghislain Quétel on the Resistance, the town of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin (Manche) is organizing a new conference, presented by Stéphane Lamache, as part of the 80th anniversary of the Liberation. The theme of this third and final conference will be the Atlantic Wall.
