The Company national rescue at sea (SNSM) of the Gulf of Morbihan had some impressive interventions at the mid-November 2024.
A boat stuck on a rock
THURSDAY November 14th 2024, SNSM volunteers are mobilized for an intervention south of Île aux Moines. A person is injured her shoulder in her boat. “The person is transferred to the semi-rigid SNS 739 then brought back to Port Blanc to be taken care of by the firefighters,” indicates the SNSM.
The on-call team has ungrounded the boat the next day.
A woman stuck by the tide
As reported by Le Télégramme, a woman remained stuck on a rock as the sea rose on Friday November 15 during this weekend of high tides, at the tip of Kerpenhir in Locmariaquer.
After the alert sent by her husband, CROSS A-Etel sent the SNSM and the firefighters to the scene. Finally, a fishing vessel came to rescue her. Everything ends well.
