A Biarritz, le restaurant Freya is a restaurant that aims to be an ode to nature and seasonality by offering uninhibited gourmet and plant-based cuisine! Cooking, good cooking, can be shared and above all can be imagined with many hands!! This is the concept chosen by two chefs: to offer a surprise dinner with four hands in a few days.

Cooking with four hands is an idea that is being deployed more and more in many establishments. Much more than a challenge, it is also an opportunity to Guillaume, the chef of Freya and the chef at home Lucas Mendes, to work with new materials and try new techniques to find the perfect match. The mind “gastronomic” et “vegetal” Freya will always be present on the plates.

The menu “surprise” is made up of five services: two starters, two main courses and a dessert. Meat, fish and vegetables will combine to be appreciated by fine gourmets who are fans of so-called uninhibited cuisine.
