This Wednesday, November 13, a train was blocked on the tracks near Laigneville station, in Oise. Around 7 p.m., a personal accident occurred. The victim died after being hit by the train a few hundred meters from Laigneville station in the direction of Creil.
No trains on the line since the accident
Firefighters and gendarmes as well as the mayor of the town, Christophe Dietrich, are on site. According to our information, nearly 350 people are stuck on the train while awaiting instructions from the SNCF. Rail traffic is currently at a standstill in both directions of traffic.
Shortly before 9 p.m., the Municipality of Laigneville announced that train passengers would soon be able to disembark. However, traffic remains interrupted for the moment.
